Features and accessories
It has a remote control (as with the my5) for extra comfort during the exercises. The vibrating plate is only 18cms high and weighs only 18 kilos, and can thus be stowed under the bed. Or perhaps moved around (to train on the deck, for example). It is delivered with a transport bag so you can take it anywhere. It comes with the 35 hz frequency, with high and low amplitude. It can also be programmed for the sequences from 30 to 60 seconds.
The second-hand Compact Power Plate is delivered
